What are your rates?

Our rates start from €59 per month for a basic showcase website. We offer several subscription plans tailored to different needs, as well as additional services upon request. You can check our Pricing page for more details.

How long does it take to create my website?

The time required to create a website depends on the complexity of the project and the client’s responsiveness. In general, we deliver a website within 2 to 7 business days after receiving all the necessary information.

Can I update my website myself?

Yes, we use user-friendly platforms that allow you to easily update your website content. If you have chosen a one-time purchase instead of a monthly subscription, the website fully belongs to you and you have complete control. However, you will need to cover the annual costs for the domain name and hosting yourself in order to keep the website online.

What happens if I want to add extra features to my website?

To access additional features, you will first need to upgrade to the Premium plan, which includes the possibility of adding various extra services. Once this subscription is activated, you will be able to benefit from all the available additional options. We will provide you with a specific quote for the requested features.

Do you offer a maintenance service for my website?

Yes, all our subscription plans include a maintenance service to ensure your website remains secure, up to date, and high-performing. We regularly carry out backups, security updates, and technical optimizations. For clients on the Premium plan, we also provide regular updates of content and features, according to your needs.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us by email at contact@webmarque.fr with two months’ notice before the renewal date. Your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Does the website belong to me once it is created?

The website fully belongs to you if you choose a one-time purchase instead of a monthly subscription. However, even in this case, you will be responsible for paying the annual fees for the domain name and hosting. If you choose a monthly subscription, the website remains the property of WebMarque and will function as long as the subscription is active.

Do you offer content creation services?

With the exception of the Basic plan, we offer content writing services for all other subscriptions. The Essential, Advanced, and Premium plans include full content creation by our team. If you’d like to benefit from our content creation services, we recommend choosing a higher-tier plan.

How does technical support work?

Technical support is included in all our subscription plans. Clients subscribed to the Basic, Essential, and Advanced plans receive email support for all their technical questions. Clients with Premium plans also have access to priority phone support, in addition to email support. We strive to respond to all requests as quickly as possible.

Can I switch plans during my contract?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. If you wish to change your subscription, simply contact us and we will adjust your contract accordingly. You will then immediately benefit from the advantages of the new plan, including access to additional services.

What happens if I don’t pay my subscription on time?

In case of non-payment of your subscription, you have 14 days to resolve the situation. If payment is not made within this period, your website will be suspended and become inaccessible. To reactivate it, you will need to pay the outstanding subscription amount as well as a reactivation fee. We encourage you to make your payments on time to avoid any service interruptions.

Can I transfer my website to another hosting provider?

If you have chosen a one-time purchase, you can transfer your website to another hosting provider at any time. However, you will need to ensure that your new hosting provider supports the technologies used on your website. For clients under a monthly subscription, the site remains hosted by WebMarque and is not transferable as long as you are under contract with us.

Do you offer training to manage my website myself?

Yes, we offer personalized training to help you manage your website independently. These training sessions cover the essential aspects of using your site, including content management, SEO optimization, and the use of analytics tools. Training is available on demand for all our subscribers.

Can I integrate an online store into my website?

The integration of an online store is available with the Premium plan. This service includes the full setup of your store, adding products, and integrating payment systems such as PayPal or Stripe. If you are currently subscribed to the Basic, Essential, or Advanced plan and wish to add an online store, you will first need to upgrade to a Premium plan.
